Cooking and baking have been my passion for many years. I started inventing many recipes after I found out I had to stay clear of gluten for my health. Artsy-Foodie started in 2008 because my kids wanted me to keep a record of my creations. It has been and continues to be a rewarding endeavor.
I am also a full-time student so I post new recipes weekly as time permits--usually twice a week, sometimes more and sometimes less. Enjoy!
