to be honest, this is the only pie crust recipe i've seen that appeals to me. i don't bake pies, but the next time i make a savoury tart, i will try this crust. i suspect the rice flour would make it crisper than just wheat or any other flour.

Very unusual tart, Alexa.
It looks really delectable. I must admit I never made though I was growing up with lots of tofu, we never made it for dessert. This is how I find it very unique about western country. They seem to be able to turn any ingredients for dessert. You'll never heard this in Asia (tofu dessert)
You are really adventurous, and I admire you!
